Tiramisu Protein Yogurt Cup

  • 200 g 0% Greek yogurt
  • 25 g vanilla whey protein
  • 80 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 120 g fruit of choice
  • 10 g crushed biscuits

Method

  1. Step 1

    Blend the yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth.

  2. Step 2

    Spoon half the mixture into a serving cup or jar.

  3. Step 3

    Add a layer of fruit and a sprinkle of crushed biscuits.

  4. Step 4

    Top with the remaining cream mixture and smooth the surface.

  5. Step 5

    Chill for at least 30 minutes to set the texture.

  6. Step 6

    Finish with extra fruit on top and serve.
