Ingredients
- 140 g canned tuna in water drained
- 170 g cooked protein pasta
- 120 g cherry tomatoes halved
- 60 g spinach
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
Method
Step 1
Cook pasta ahead of time or use pre-cooked pasta for speed.
Step 2
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and cook until slightly softened.
Step 4
Stir in tuna, spinach, chili flakes, and lemon juice.
Step 5
Add pasta and Greek yogurt, tossing until coated and hot.
Step 6
Top with parsley and serve.
