Ingredients
- 220 g lean steak strips
- 150 g cooked rice noodles
- 120 g bell peppers sliced
- 80 g onion sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce light
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Method
Step 1
Slice the steak thinly against the grain and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a wok and sear steak for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove.
Step 3
Cook peppers and onion in the same pan for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili flakes.
Step 5
Return steak and add noodles, tossing for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Finish with parsley and serve immediately.
