- 220 g chicken breast
- 150 g cooked jasmine rice
- 120 g broccoli florets
- 80 g carrots sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
Step 1
Slice the chicken breast thinly and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a hot pan and cook chicken for 4 to 5 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 3
Add garlic, broccoli, and carrots and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Mix soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar, then pour into the pan and toss to coat.
Step 5
Warm the cooked rice in the same pan for 1 minute.
Step 6
Serve in a bowl and finish with sesame seeds.
