- 220 g chicken breast strips
- 120 g shelled edamame
- 100 g broccoli florets
- 80 g red bell pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 120 g cooked rice
Method
Step 1
Cook chicken strips in olive oil for 4 to 5 minutes until nearly done.
Step 2
Add garlic, ginger, broccoli, and bell pepper and stir-fry 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add edamame and cook 1 minute.
Step 4
Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
Step 5
Serve over warm cooked rice.
Step 6
Optional: add chili flakes for extra heat.
