- 170 g shelled edamame
- 320 g cooked rice
- 95 g broccoli and 95 g shredded carrots
- 60 ml teriyaki sauce
- 9 g sesame seeds
- 15 ml olive oil
Method
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook 95 g broccoli and 95 g shredded carrots for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add 170 g shelled edamame and stir it through the pan until it is hot and coated.
Step 3
Stir in 60 ml teriyaki sauce and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add 320 g cooked rice and toss everything until combined.
Step 5
Cook the skillet for 1 to 2 minutes so the flavors settle into the pan.
Step 6
Finish the skillet with 9 g sesame seeds.
Step 7
Spoon the mixture into bowls or onto plates and serve it warm.
