- 180 g chopped romaine
- 140 g cucumber, 140 g tomatoes, and 35 g red onion
- 45 ml balsamic dressing
- 40 g blue cheese crumbles
Method
Step 1
Cook or warm 455 g flank steak, cooked and sliced until it is hot and lightly browned.
Step 2
Add 180 g chopped romaine to a large bowl.
Step 3
Top the greens with 140 g cucumber, 140 g tomatoes, and 35 g red onion.
Step 4
Slice or break up the protein and add it over the salad base.
Step 5
Drizzle the salad with 45 ml balsamic dressing.
Step 6
Toss the salad gently and finish it with 40 g blue cheese crumbles.
Step 7
Divide the salad between bowls and serve it right away.
