Sriracha Beef Cabbage Rice Bowls

Ingredients
- 450 g lean ground beef
- 300 g rice
- 15 ml oil
- 50 g shredded purple cabbage
- 50 g shredded carrots
- 20 g sriracha
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 70 g sliced cucumber
- 3 g sliced green onions
- salt
- black pepper
Method
Step 1
Cook 300 g rice according to the package directions and keep it warm.
Step 2
Heat 15 ml oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook 450 g lean ground beef for 6 to 7 minutes until browned.
Step 3
Drain any excess fat, then season the beef with salt and black pepper.
Step 4
Add 50 g shredded purple cabbage and 50 g shredded carrots and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in 20 g sriracha and 30 ml soy sauce and cook for 1 minute until glossy.
Step 6
Divide the rice between bowls and top it with the beef mixture and 70 g sliced cucumber.
Step 7
Finish with 3 g sliced green onions and serve immediately.
