  • 340 g chicken sausage, sliced
  • 320 g cooked rice
  • 170 g corn
  • 5 ml smoked paprika and 9 g butter
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • 15 ml olive oil

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook 340 g chicken sausage, sliced until browned.

  2. Step 2

    Add 320 g cooked rice to the skillet and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes until it starts to turn golden.

  3. Step 3

    Stir in 170 g corn and cook it for 2 minutes until the vegetables soften.

  4. Step 4

    Add 5 ml smoked paprika and 9 g butter and stir until everything is coated.

  5. Step 5

    Cook the skillet for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  6. Step 6

    Finish the skillet with 2 sliced green onions.

    Spoon the skillet into bowls and serve it hot.
