Sesame Beef Lo Mein
Cook the 225 g lo mein noodles according to the package directions and drain them.

Ingredients
- 455 g flank steak, sliced thin
- 225 g lo mein noodles
- 95 g broccoli and 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 60 ml soy sesame sauce
- 9 g sesame seeds
- 15 ml oil
Method
Step 1
Cook the 225 g lo mein noodles according to the package directions and drain them.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook 455 g flank steak, sliced thin until browned and cooked through.
Step 3
Add 95 g broccoli and 1 red bell pepper, sliced and cook it for 2 minutes until just tender.
Step 4
Stir in 60 ml soy sesame sauce and let it bubble for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add the cooked 225 g lo mein noodles and toss until the noodles are glossy and coated.
Step 6
Finish the noodles with 9 g sesame seeds.
Step 7
Divide the noodles between bowls and serve them hot.
