- 120 g pudding rice
- 70 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ground cinnamon for serving
Method
Step 1
Put the rice, milk, sugar, and cardamom into a saucepan.
Step 2
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.
Step 3
Cook slowly for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring often, until the rice is tender and the pudding is creamy.
Step 4
Stir in the vanilla.
