Raspberry Almond Crumble Bars

Ingredients

  • 180 g plain flour
  • 85 g vegan butter
  • 90 g sugar
  • 150 g raspberries and 50 g almond flour
  • 4 g baking powder
  • 30 ml plant milk
  • 1 g sea salt

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin with baking paper.

  2. Step 2

    Add 180 g plain flour, 85 g vegan butter, and 90 g sugar to a bowl and whisk or stir them until smooth.

  3. Step 3

    Add 150 g raspberries and 50 g almond flour, 4 g baking powder, 30 ml plant milk, and 1 g sea salt and fold until the batter is evenly mixed.

  4. Step 4

    Spread the batter into the lined tin and smooth the top into an even layer.

  5. Step 5

    Bake the tray for 22 to 28 minutes until the center is just set.

  6. Step 6

    Cool the slab fully in the tin so it slices neatly.

  7. Step 7

    Lift it out, cut it into squares, and serve.
