Ingredients
- 700 g plums
- 90 g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 150 g rolled oats
- 100 g plain flour
- 90 g butter
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 190°C and butter a baking dish.
Step 2
Toss the plums with the brown sugar, grated ginger, and cornstarch, then spread them in the dish.
Step 3
Rub the butter into the oats and flour until coarse crumbs form.
Step 4
Scatter the topping over the plums.
Step 5
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
Step 6
Rest for 15 minutes before serving.
