Pistachio Cardamom Energy Truffles

  • 30 g oats
  • 3 g cardamom
  • 1 g sea salt

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add 170 g dates, 70 g pistachios, 30 g oats, 3 g cardamom, and 1 g sea salt to a food processor.

  2. Step 2

    Blend the mixture until it clumps together and holds when pressed between your fingers.

  3. Step 3

    Scoop the mixture into small portions and roll them into balls or press it into a small lined container.

  4. Step 4

    Chill the mixture for 30 to 45 minutes until firm.

  5. Step 5

    Lift it out and shape or slice it into neat pieces.

  6. Step 6

    Return the pieces to the fridge for a few minutes so they hold their shape well.

  7. Step 7

    Serve the truffles or bars cold.
