- 455 g potato gnocchi
- 170 g green beans
- 50 ml basil pesto
- 20 g grated parmesan
- 15 ml olive oil
Method
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook 340 g chicken sausage, sliced until browned.
Step 2
Add 455 g potato gnocchi to the skillet and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes until it starts to turn golden.
Step 3
Stir in 170 g green beans and cook it for 2 minutes until the vegetables soften.
Step 4
Add 50 ml basil pesto and stir until everything is coated.
Step 5
Cook the skillet for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 6
Finish the skillet with 20 g grated parmesan.
Step 7
Spoon the skillet into bowls and serve it hot.
