Ingredients
- 160 g puffed rice cereal
- 120 g peanut butter
- 90 ml maple syrup
- 60 g dark chocolate
- 1 g sea salt
Method
Step 1
Line a small square tin or container with baking paper.
Step 2
Add 160 g puffed rice cereal, 120 g peanut butter, and 90 ml maple syrup to a bowl and stir until the mixture starts to come together.
Step 3
Add 60 g dark chocolate and 1 g sea salt and mix until everything is evenly combined.
Step 4
Press the mixture firmly into the lined tin and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
Step 5
Chill the tin for 1 hour until the bars are firm and slice cleanly.
Step 6
Lift the slab out of the tin and cut it into even bars.
Step 7
Keep the bars chilled until you are ready to eat them.
