  • 500 g mango puree
  • 120 g sugar
  • 120 ml water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat the sugar and water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves, then cool the syrup completely.

    Whisk the cooled syrup into the mango puree with the lime juice.

  3. Step 3

    Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Churn it in an ice cream maker until smooth and thick.

  5. Step 5

    Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until firm.

    Scoop and serve.
