  • 6 figs
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • crushed biscuits

Method

  1. Step 1

    Beat the mascarpone until smooth and loosen it with a little honey.

  2. Step 2

    Spoon a layer of mascarpone cream into each serving glass.

  3. Step 3

    Add a layer of chopped figs.

  4. Step 4

    Repeat the cream and fig layers once more.

  5. Step 5

    Drizzle the tops with the remaining honey.

  6. Step 6

    Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
