Green Goddess Black Bean Ramen
Cook 250 g ramen noodles according to the package directions, drain it, and keep it ready.

Ingredients
- 400 g black beans, drained
- 250 g ramen noodles
- 15 ml oil
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 150 g purple cabbage, shredded
- 60 ml vegan green goddess dressing
- 15 ml chopped dill
- salt
- black pepper
Method
Step 1
Cook 250 g ramen noodles according to the package directions, drain it, and keep it ready.
Step 2
Season the beans with salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Heat 15 ml oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beans for 3 to 4 minutes until hot.
Step 4
Add 1 red pepper, sliced and 150 g purple cabbage, shredded and cook them for 2 minutes until just tender.
Step 5
Stir in 60 ml vegan green goddess dressing and let it bubble for 1 minute.
Step 6
Add the cooked ramen and toss everything together until coated.
Step 7
Finish the noodles with 15 ml chopped dill and serve them hot.
