- 80 ml buffalo sauce
- 20 g shredded lettuce and 60 ml ranch drizzle
- 15 ml oil

Method
Step 1
Season 480 g cooked chicken, shredded with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the protein until browned and fully cooked.
Step 3
Stir in 80 ml buffalo sauce and cook it for 1 minute so the filling turns glossy.
Step 4
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 20 seconds per side.
Step 5
Spoon the hot filling into each tortilla.
Step 6
Top the tacos with 20 g shredded lettuce and 60 ml ranch drizzle.
Step 7
Serve the tacos right away while the tortillas are soft and warm.
