- 1 can black beans, drained
- 8 small tortillas
- 80 ml salsa verde
- 75 g queso fresco and 50 g shredded cabbage
- 15 ml oil
- salt
- black pepper
Method
Step 1
Season 1 can black beans, drained with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the protein until browned and fully cooked.
Step 3
Stir in 80 ml salsa verde and cook it for 1 minute so the filling turns glossy.
Step 4
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 20 seconds per side.
Step 5
Spoon the hot filling into each tortilla.
Step 6
Top the tacos with 75 g queso fresco and 50 g shredded cabbage.
Step 7
Serve the tacos right away while the tortillas are soft and warm.
