Ingredients

  • 700 g apricots
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 140 g flour
  • 90 g butter
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 50 g chopped pistachios

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 190°C and butter a baking dish.

  2. Step 2

    Toss the apricots with the sugar and cornstarch, then spread them in the dish.

  3. Step 3

    Rub the butter into the flour, pistachios, and brown sugar until chunky crumbs form.

    Scatter the crumble over the apricots.

    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
